Kitchen Design Package

Our full-service Custom Kitchen Design Package takes care of every aspect of designing a kitchen that functions perfectly for you and reflects your style.
We want to hear about your dream kitchen to bring it to life. We assess your functional needs and style preferences, and collaborate with you to ensure you're thrilled with the result.
*Please note this design fee noted above is the starting design fee. Based on an average-sized kitchen of 120 sf. Fee to be confirmed/adjusted once project scope is finalized.
This package includes:

• Functional assessment of you and your family`s needs
• Complete kitchen design from concept to approved design
• Style meeting with you to understand your aesthetic preferences
• We create a kitchen design that includes everything: layout, cabinetry design, colours, counter surfaces, backsplash, flooring, appliances selection, faucets, door handles, lighting and seating. We present our design concept to you in an in-person meeting to review each design element and the proposed design cost.  
• Included is one set of changes to the initial concept, followed by a second meeting to review.
• Also included: One space layout and elevation drawings for presentational, spatial and concept purposes only; once approved, detailed drawings provided by cabinetmaker.

*This package is based upon a set number of client meetings, a specific amount of design time and project supervision and on the average-sized kitchen. Should additional design time be needed based on your specific project scope and beyond the package criteria, the design fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Project supervision of the project team is not included in this fee. The amount of supervision would be determined and charged at an hourly rate.

Non-refundable design fee. 
HST is additional.

To pay by credit card, a processing fee applies and would be in addition to the amount above.
