Custom Design Package

Let us help you make sure you design right the first time. Our Custom Design Full-Service Package is our most popular service. This is perfect for you if getting professional design recommendations, saving time and money, as well as feeling confident with a well thought-out plan is important to you.
We take care of everything when curating a custom design for you. From room layouts and selecting the best pieces for your needs, to procurement and the exciting, big reveal day, we oversee and manage your project from start to finish, so you don't have to worry about a thing.You’ll feel confident knowing you will get the look you desire and that every detail is taken care of for you.
Each project has unique requirements and therefore has a custom design fee. Only after we understand your unique project scope can we provide what the fee will be.
*EXAMPLE DESIGN FEE
A potential design fee for one room would be approximately $10,000 plus HST - NOTE - each project has it own unique requirements and the fee is ultimately project scope dependent.
*Based on an average-sized LIVING ROOM of 200 sf. 
For larger project scopes that include multiple rooms to design and decorate, a custom fee would be calculated - project scope dependent.
Travel fee may apply.
This package includes:
*In-Home initial consultation with Barbara.
*We develop a detailed design plan that includes a Design Concept Board of the overall design of the room with specifications for all products. The Design presentation includes fabric samples, wood & tile samples, etc. Everything needed to give you the most detailed look of your project before we begin. One total revision is available. We will go over the complete process with discussions on time frame estimates and the proposed cost of the design concept.
*We manage the procurement for all items and materials needed for the design implementation.
*Installation Day - We manage the installation of all components of the design. A professional photo shoot would be scheduled at this time, or soon thereafter.
Note: Project supervision of project partners, ie: trades people, contractor, etc.. is not included in the above fee. An hourly rate would apply to project supervision.
Please note that this package includes a specific amount of time allocated for: client meetings, design planning, sourcing, administration and client communications: email, phone, and on client design portal.
Should additional design time be needed beyond the above package criteria, our hourly rate will apply.
